Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year from your LS Council

Dear Families,

Welcome back to all returning families and a warm welcome to all new families! We hope you have been enjoying the summer with friends and family.

Our names are Dunni T. Cosey Gay, Brittany Mehta, Katie Powell, and Reasheal Watts, and we are the 2025-2026 members of the Lower School Council of the Parents Association.

We are excited about the new school year and are dedicated to supporting our vibrant Lower School community. As a resource for all families, we want to know what programming interests you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback.

In addition, over the summer, the PA has been busy planning various all-school events that will take place throughout the upcoming academic year. We hope you will join us for these events, which will be announced in the bi-weekly E-News and can also be found on the PA website.

Of course, none of this would be possible without volunteer support! There are various volunteer opportunities available to fit your schedule and interests, each fostering a shared sense of community with fellow Lab families. Each of us can attest that volunteering has greatly enhanced our connection to the school and other parents and families, and we want you to share in that experience.
